Certificate I in Business (BSB10115)
This entry-level qualification allows individuals across a variety of industry sectors to develop basic skills and knowledge to prepare for work. They may undertake a range of simple tasks under close supervision. The range of technical skills and knowledge is limited. This course requires the completion of six units (1 core and 5 electives) to be issued a full qualification. A statement of Attainment can be issued for completed units if the full qualification is not achieved.

Certificate III in Business (Medical) (BSB31115)
This qualification design is for those who work or wish to work in medical administration either in a medical practice or in a hospital environment. Qualification requires the completion of 13 units (2 core and 11 electives). Completion of these units will result in the candidate receiving a Certificate III in Business (Medical). Should the candidate not complete the full certificate, they will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for units successfully completed.
