This Expression of interest is for people from the Aboriginal community of Griffith who are interested in participating in the proposed Aboriginal Tourism Course. Course development is in consultation with the Aboriginal community of Griffith

Course content includes,
1. White Card (NSW OHS construction Induction)
2. Customer interaction
3. Social inclusion, cultural sensitivity
4. Hospitality skills
5. Sourcing and using information
6. Sourcing and presenting information

The course will be held three days each week 9.00am – 3.00pm (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) for ten weeks begining Tuesday 26th April 2016

Course delivery involves integrated style with limited classroom time where the majority of time on the road learning, identifying Aboriginal cultural sites. Additionally the program would seek to develop skills within the group to present this information with an Aboriginal Cultural tourism context.
