Learn how to prepare and cook traditional Indian cuisine.

Dishes will be drawn from the many different states of India, specialising in curries, vegetarian dishes, and desserts. As you progress through this Indian cuisine journey, you will find yourself experiencing the many different aspects of Indian cuisine and culture. With your new found cuisine skills you will be able to integrate new spices and techniques into your existing repertoire and or recreate the wonderful traditional dishes created during the six-week program.
