Computer Options has been designed to allow for the development of various skills in the use of a personal computer and caters to the needs of the entire community. Through community consultation, WRCC has developed this flexible approach to personal computer training.

Course participants have the opportunity to develop computing skills in line with their skill development needs. Participants work in a self-paced environment, supported by a qualified trainer. Each of the courses covered by Computer Options is closely aligned to many of the Microsoft Office programs, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Internet Explorer, MS Outlook and more.

Computer Options participants can elect to undertake a formal assessment to receive a statement of attainment. This accredited outcome can be achieved by using the following units of competency.
