This drawing and painting course covers a wide spectrum of art practices and is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. The course is for people who have basic drawing skills and who would like to extend their knowledge and techniques in a variety of other media.

This course design enables participants to gain skills within a range of mediums including charcoal, ink, acrylics, pastels and mixed media. The emphasis is on tonal impressionism based on developing basic drawing, painting and observation skills and covers a variety of subject matter with a different genre chosen each term.
